Retail | Help! I've Experienced a Glitch / Bug

 

From time to time, glitches or bugs can appear. We work to resolve these in a timely manner as soon as they're reported.

Please help us help you by providing the following information when a glitch/bug is experienced:

  • The specific Shop and Company name the error occurred
  • A clear description of what the error is and where specifically it was experienced on the specific platform it occurred
    • If applicable: Names of members, employees, products, transaction #s, PO #s, reports, etc.
  • The steps taken to result in the error 
  • Any picturesscreenshots, and / or videos to help articulate the error 
  • Permission to make modifications, if necessary
