      Retail | Help! Why is Chat Not Available?

      Our support hours are 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM PST on weekdays and 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST on weekends. During those hours, our amazing Support Agents are available by chat, phone, or email. 

      Outside of 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM, PST weekdays and 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST weekends, our support line will go directly to voicemail, and chat will be unavailable.
