If you have an employee that also works at another BLAZE operated company, you'll be unable to use the same exact email for their employee profile in your account.
You will either need to use a variation of their current email (Gmail emails) or a different email will need to be used (Non-Gmail emails). Whichever email is used for the Employee's profile in the new BLAZE operated company will need to be used to login to the new BLAZE operated company.
Gmail Based Emails
If their email is Gmail based (this doesn't necessarily mean it needs to end in @gmail.com), there are a couple of easy tips to make a unique email without having to create a new email account for them.
Add "+"
- Starting with the same email (before the @ sign), add a "+" sign and any combination of words or numbers, followed by the same @ ending
EX: If their email was support@blaze.me, you could enter the email support+420queen@blaze.me or support+lonerstoner@blaze.me
Add "."
- Add one or more "." anywhere in their email address
EX: If their email was support@blaze.me, you could enter the email sup.port@blaze.me or sup.p.ort@blaze.me
Create a New Email
- Have them create another email, or create a new email for them to use for your specific shop
Whichever email is used for the Employee's profile in the new BLAZE operated company will need to be used to login to the new BLAZE operated company.
Non-Gmail Based Emails
If their email is non-Gmail based, it is likely a different email must be used for them, or a new email must be created for them.
