The Inventory Aging report generates a list of products that have been held for 0-30 days, 31-60, and 90+ days, along with their quantities and valuations.
The Inventory Aging report generates a list of products that have been held for 0-30 days, 31-60, and 90+ days, along with their quantities and valuations.
In order to optimize our reporting, reports over a 2 week period will no longer be shown in our UI. Any reports over a 2 week period will be auto-generated and sent to the email you are logged in with.
- To access these generated reports in BLAZE, navigate to Data Export > Generated, you will find a list of generated reports you can easily download.

The Inventory Aging report can be accessed by navigating to Data Export > Inventory. It will be located in the list of reports.
The following is a list of all the types of data you will get in this report, and what they all mean. There is also an example export of this report attached to this support document.
- Product SKU: The SKU of the product as assigned in BLAZE.
- Product Name: Name of the product as assigned in BLAZE.
- Product Category: Category of the product as assigned in BLAZE.
- Low Inventory Threshold: Threshold value where low inventory alert processes are triggered
- 0-30 Days Quantity: Quantity of goods brought in within the time specified from the time the report is created. The system is pulling in all batches and their respective quantities that are 30 days or younger from the time the report is run.
- 0-30 Days Valuation: Sum of COGS for the total quantities that reside in the 0-30 day criteria. NOTE: COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold.
- 31-45 Days Quantity: Quantity of goods brought in within the time specified from the time the report is created. The system is pulling in all batches and their respective quantities that are 31 days old to 45 days old from the time the report is run.
- 31-45 Days Valuation: Sum of COGS for the total quantities that reside in the 31-45 day criteria. NOTE: COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold.
- 46-60 Days Quantity: Quantity of goods brought in within the time specified from the time the report is created. The system is pulling in all batches and their respective quantities that are 46 days old to 60 days old from the time the report is run.
- 46-60 Days Valuation: Sum of COGS for the total quantities that reside in the 46-60 day criteria. NOTE: COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold.
- 61-90 Days Quantity: Quantity of goods brought in within the time specified from the time the report is created. The system is pulling in all batches and their respective quantities that are 61 days old to 90 days old from the time the report is run.
- 61-90 Days Valuation: Sum of COGS for the total quantities that reside in the 61-90 day criteria. NOTE: COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold.
- 90+ Days Quantity: Quantity of goods brought in within the time specified from the time the report is created. The system is pulling in all batches and their respective quantities that are 91 days or older from the time the report is run.
- 90+ Days Valuation: Sum of COGS for the total quantities that reside in the 91+ day criteria. NOTE: COGS stands for Cost of Goods Sold.
- Brand: Brand assigned to a product in Blaze.
