The Member Performance Report is a list of members with attributes: loyalty, visits, sales/gross sales, refunds.
The 30 Day Inactive report can be accessed by navigating to Data Export > Member. It will be located in the list of reports.
The following is a list of all the types of data you will get in this report, and what they all mean. There is also an example export of this report attached to this support document.
- Member ID: Identification number associated with the member.
- Member Name: The first and last name of the member.
- Member Phone: The primary phone number associated with the member.
- Marketing Src: The name of the company where your member found your shop.
- Member Group: The group associated with the member at the time of the report.
- Date Joined: The date that the member was first checked in.
- Consumer Type: How the customer is taxed
- Loyalty Points: How many points the customer has at the time of the report.
- State: The state the customer lives in.
- Zip Code: The zip code associated with the customer.
- Last Visited: Date of the last transaction processed for the customer.
- # of Visits: The number of visits for the customer during the specified date range on the report.
- # of Sales: The number of sales for the customer during the specified date range on the report.
- # of Refunds: The number of refunds for the customer during the specified date range for the report.
- Gross Sales Receipts: The sum total of sales for the customer including taxes and fees, but not including discounts.
- Gross Refund Receipts: The sum total of refunds for the customer including taxes and fees, but not including discounts.
- Avg Sales Receipts: The average sales price for the customer during the specified date range for the report.
- Avg Refund Receipts: The average price of refunds for the customer during the specified date range for the report.
In order to optimize our reporting, reports over a 2 week period will no longer be shown in our UI. Any reports over a 2 week period will be auto-generated and sent to the email you are logged in with.
- To access these generated reports in BLAZE®, navigate to Data Export > Generated, you will find a list of generated reports you can easily download.
