The day after Go Live, it's important to check and ensure data is flowing smoothly.
- The first thing to do is to check sales. To do this, navigate to the Transactions tab.
- From here, a column called Metrc ID can be seen. This column should have a Metrc Sales ID in it.
- If a transaction is missing a Metrc Sales ID, click on the transaction and review the Metrc error listed.
- Try to re-submit the transaction to Metrc by clicking on the transaction and clicking Submit to Metrc. View our list of common Metrc transaction errors and how to address them here.
