      Retail | Sales by City Report

      The Sales by City report displays a list of Cities (per member addresses), with sales and receipts information for each type.

      In order to optimize our reporting, reports over a 2-week period will no longer be shown in our UI. Any reports over a 2-week period will be auto-generated and sent to the email you are logged in with.
      • To access these generated reports in BLAZE, navigate to Data Export > Generated, you will find a list of generated reports you can easily download.

      The Sales by City report can be accessed by navigating to Data Export > Transaction. It will be located on the list of reports.

      • City: The City that the sales came from. This is determined by the city listed in the member's profile in BLAZE.
      • State: The State that the city is located in. This is determined by the state listed in the member's profile in BLAZE.
      • Transactions: The total number of transactions completed for the specified city in t`he specified timeframe.
      • Subtotal Sales: Total of sales before taxes (after product discounts).
      • Discounts: Total of all discounts applied to the associated city's sales.
      • City Tax: Total of city taxes applied to the associated city's sales.
      • County Tax: Total of county taxes applied to the associated city's sales.
      • State Tax: Total of state taxes applied to the associated city's sales.
      • Total Taxes: Total of all tax applied to the associated city's sales.
      • Delivery Fee: Total of all delivery fees applied to the associated city's sales when applicable.
      • Credit/Debit Fee: Total of all credit/debit fees applied to the associated city's sales when applicable.
      • CashlessATM Fee: Total of all CashlessATM fees applied to the associated city's sales when applicable.
      • After Tax Discounts: Total of all after-tax discounts applied to the associated city's sales.
      • Gross Receipts: Gross receipts are the sum total of all of your sales including taxes and fees, but not including discounts (Sales + Taxes + Fees - Discounts = Gross Receipt).
      • Percent of Sales: The percentage of sales during the specified timeframe that are associated with the city.
