Retail | Set up Company Information

First, we need to get your Company information set up. Follow the bullets below to finish Company Set up.

[On the web]

- Start by filling out Company Information (under Settings > Company Settings in nav menu).

  • Add contact information and a company logo.
  • Your Company information is kept private and is not disclosed to your members.
  • Please note that your Company Phone number will show up on email and printed Receipts.

 - Multiple shops?

  • By default, you will have one shop.
  • To add a shop, navigate to the Company Information section on the nav then select the "Shops" tab at the top of the page.
  • Click the "Add Shop" button and name your new shop.

- A terminal is a place where employees can process sales. Employees can process sales on our iPad app or through the web. You can set up a terminal in two ways.

  • First, you can download our iPad app from the app store and by signing into the iPad app, our system will automatically create a terminal.
  • The second option is to create a terminal through the website.
    • To do this, navigate to Company Settings then select the Terminals tab.
    • From here, you can click the "Add Terminal" button.
    • Simply name your Terminal, assign it to a shop and set it to active by ensuring the checkbox for "Status" is checked.

- Do you have Membership groups in your Dispensary?

  • Membership groups allow you to group certain members together and give them discounted rates.
  • For example, you could name a Member group "VIP" and make sure they receive 5% off of every order.
  • To set up membership groups, navigate to the Company Information page under Settings.
  • Navigate to the top of the page and select the "Memberships" tab.
  • From here, you can change the name of your Membership group, set the cart discount and set if the Membership Group is Active or Inactive.

- Next, you will need to set your company's weight tolerance.

  • Weight tolerance gives you the ability to define a range of weights for pricing and measuring grams.
  • We have a series of default weight measurements, but you can also create your own under Company Settings -> Weight Tolerances.
  • Click "Add Tolerance," then you can set the "Start Range," "End Range" and "Default Value" for the particular measurement.
  • For example, if you weigh your 1/8ths at 3.75g then you will want to set the default value to 3.75g and make the "Start Range" 3.5g and the "End Range" 3.85g to account for any fluctuation in weight.
  • Any weight that falls between the "Start Range" and "End Range" will be priced with the same 1/8th price.
