Retail | The Metrc ID is Missing from the Transaction Section, What Should I Do?

With the BLAZE and Metrc integration, BLAZE sends sales data in real-time to Metrc. When Metrc receives the transaction successfully, they return a Metrc Transaction ID, also known as "Metrc ID" in BLAZE. 

There are some instances where Metrc goes down and/or doesn't return a Metrc ID. If this happens, your team will often need to re-submit the transaction to Metrc.
