Retail | Using the BLAZE App Switcher to Navigate Between Products
The BLAZE App Switcher allows you to seamlessly navigate between BLAZE Retail Admin, POS, and ECOM without logging in multiple times. Once you're authenticated via SSO (Social Login or Enterprise SSO), the App Switcher provides one-click access to all BLAZE products you have permission to use.
Note: The App Switcher is available to all users with SSO enabled. If you're still using password-based login, you'll need to log in separately to each product.
Where to Find the App Switcher
The App Switcher is located in the top navigation bar of all BLAZE applications:
- Look for the
App Switcher icon (typically a grid or waffle icon) in the top-right corner of the screen

What Products Are Available?
The products shown in your App Switcher depend on:
- Your subscription tier — which BLAZE products your organization has purchased
- Your user permissions — which products your administrator has granted you access to
If you can not access a product you expect to have access to, contact your administrator or support team.
Benefits of the App Switcher
- No repeated logins — authenticate once, access everything
- Faster workflow — switch between products with one click
- Consistent experience — same navigation pattern across all BLAZE apps
