Important information for the following 4 Sorting Options:
-
THC / CBD content values must be set up for all products within the same category as either a percentage ( % ) or a value in milligrams ( mg ). Please make sure it is not a mix of both. If one category contains a mix of both THC / CBD values in mg and %, the sorting feature for these values will not work.
- THC / CBD potencies need to be displayed in a relative number, i.e. in values that the underlying sort logic can identify and arrange accordingly
- a "relative number" is a simple numeric value such as 1, 5.5, 4, 3.5
- Ranges for THC / CBD potencies are supported and will allow for ECOM menu sorting. The potency type must be the same for all products within the same Category
