The Available Terminals Are Maxed Out

By default, BLAZE gives each shop 10 terminals. If your shop creates a terminal for each employee, these can easily be used up quickly! While we do charge per employee after 10 (given by default), we do NOT charge for terminals. Follow the steps below to request more terminals to be added to your shop.

1. Email, call, or start a chat with our Support Agents asking for the specific amount of terminals needed and the name of the shop that needs them.

  • Hours: Weekdays 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM PST | Weekends 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST 

NOTE: Terminals are free of charge. 

2. Wait for a confirmation message from our Support Agents that the terminal has been added.
