      Retail | How to Disable Discounts on Specific Products

      Need to set a product to be disabled from discounts?

      Keep reading! This setting can be done in bulk or manually. 

      NOTE: Rewards, promotions, and cart discounts will NOT apply to specified item(s) with this setting enabled. If a discount does need to be applied to the product, the setting must be disabled.

      1. Navigate to Retail > Inventory > All (or specified category).

      2a. To edit in bulk:

      • Select the desired products.
      • Click the Select Action dropdown.
      • Click the option to Disable Discounts.
      • Select Yes in the dropdown.
      • Click the Save button.

      2b. To edit manually:

      • Click on the desired product.
      • Click the Edit button.
      • Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Item ineligible for a discount.
      • Select Yes in the dropdown.
      • Click the Save button.
