      This FAQ will help you troubleshoot your MCPrint3

      Q:  How can I check my bluetooth settings on the MCPrint3?

      A: To ensure that your Bluetooth settings are setup properly for your MCPrint3 you will need to follow these steps:
      1. Print a Self Test on the printer -
      To print a self-test:
      1 - Turn OFF the printer
      2 - Hold down the [--FEED--] button
      3 - While holding down the [--FEED--] button, turn the printer ON
      4 – When printing begins release the [--FEED--] button2. Please follow these steps so the printer does not connect via Bluetooth to other devices. You will need to download the “Star Quick Setup Utility” to change the printers “New Pairing Permission” settings to “Disabled”.
