This article explains how to set up custom bundle promos and how products eligible for custom bundle discounts are displayed in the Deals section and cart
- To display Bundle discount products on the Deals/Promotions page, the Deals page must be set up first. For setup instructions: Setup of Deals page
- A Customizable Promo Bundle discount will first need to be configured in BLAZE POS.
How to Create a Customizable Promo Bundle in BLAZE POS
Step 1: Create Your Promotion
- Start by creating a standard V2 promotion in the Blaze Retail POS Loyalty/Marketing > Promotions tab
- Promotion Type: Product

- Auto Apply: Yes
- Discount Lowest Priced Product: No
- Required Code?: No
- Available to Online Store: Yes
- Restrict to Sales Channel: Optional
- Date Range Restrictions: Optional

- Rule: One From Products
- Products: Select all eligible products
- Discount Type:
- Cash - Cash amount discounted from last unit added to bundle.
- Final Price - Final Price of last unit added to bundle.
- Percentage - Percentage amount discounted from last unit added to bundle
- Discount Amount: The amount you want the final price of the final product to

Requirements
- Rule: By Product
- Products: Same products defined above
- Min: Promotion starts at [Min + 1] products
- Exclusions: No Exclusions
⚠️ Products from Target and Requirements MUST be the same for this feature to work.
⚠️ For bundles with a specified target price (e.g., "Buy 4 Pre-Rolls for $100"), all eligible products must have the same retail price.
If products are different prices, the highest priced item will be discounted unless specified.
Step 3: Bundles In Action
After the customizable bundle promotion is configured in the POS and enabled on your Deals Page it will now be viewable and accessible for customers.
1. Clicking on the bundle deal card will display the specified number of slots to redeem a bundle.
2. Eligible products for the Customizable Bundle Promotion will be displayed underneath the bundle slots.
3. Adding eligible products to your cart will also add them into the slots and update the progress status of the bundle.
4. Deal Unlocked will appear upon bundle completion.
How Customizable Bundles are displayed in the cart
1. "Bundle Promotion Available!" will be displayed underneath eligible products.
a. Clicking on Bundle Promotion will lead you to the Customizable Bundle Promotion page.
2. Once Customizable Bundle Promotion has been unlocked, "Bundle Promotion Applied" will display underneath bundled products and discount will be applied under Discount Total
3. Bundle discount will displayed at the checkout window under Total Discount
