ECOM | Domain DNS Proxy A Record Value Update by 7/31/25 [READ ME]

This article will explain the required A @ Record value in your domain settings to maintain the ECOM DNS Proxy integration - MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 7/31/25

Our ECOM Site host is making an update to their Global IP Address that we use to complete the ECOM DNS Proxy on your domain and deprecating the existing A IP Address on 7/31/25

This A Record IP Address must be updated PRIOR to 7/31 to keep the ECOM integration active and connected to your primary domain. 

  • The change: 147.75.40.150 A @ Record value must be updated to 15.197.167.90

  1. Log into your domain's dashboard and click into the DNS settings.
    1. Please note, each provider is different; the example below is the GoDaddy platform
  2. Find and edit the A @ Record, which will be set with the value of 147.75.40.150
  3. Update 147.75.40.150 to 15.197.167.90 and save the record
