Insights (Standard) | Marketing - Members - First Time vs. Returning

This report provides an analysis of customers returning

• Blaze Insights > Browse > Reports > Insights (Standard) > Marketing
• Enter the Date Range
• Select the Shop or Shops to include in this report
• Select the Company
• Click Apply

This report will list the following information based on the filters selected.

• Member Type: First time, returning, or ghost.  Ghost customers are customers that check in but do not make a purchase.
• Number of Members:  Number of members for this type
