ECOM | Inventory Tab Explained

This article will explain how to navigate the Inventory tab in Mission Control

  1. Once sellable inventory locations have been established in your POS, you can then activate those inventory locations in ECOM.
  2. Login to Mission Control and navigate to Inventories. You will see the active inventory locations that link from your POS.
  3. For each sellable inventory location you have, you can mark it active for your pickup menu (pickup), delivery menu (scheduled delivery), or both. You also need to toggle the active slider on for the inventory to display on your menu.
    1. You will also want to ensure that you have pickup/delivery active in your Mission Control Settings as well.

Inventory is managed in the POS. That is where you create inventory locations and assign products into them. Mission Control simply allows you to activate them for product display on your online menu.
