ECOM | Kiosk order Status notifications

This article shows you how to manage ECOM kiosk order Status notifications.

Kiosk orders have email notifications for Order Placed, Order On The Way and Order Completed.

Order Placed: Automatically sent when the customer places a kiosk order

Order On The Way: Sent manually by updating the order tracking status in the point of sale system

Order Completed: Sent automatically when the order is completed in the point of sale system

You can disable or enable a specific notification using the Active/Inactive Toggle. You can use the available custom variables by surrounding them with curly brackets as shown in the screenshot below and the information will be populated dynamically.
