Retail | Company Products | Stock Level Visibility

The Company Products page now features live stock synchronization, providing a comprehensive view of inventory levels across your entire organization. This enhancement allows users to view aggregated product quantities from every location in a single, high-performance table.

Key Benefits

  • Global Visibility: View total stock counts across all organization locations at a glance.

  • Inventory Balancing: Quickly identify low-stock items to inform purchasing decisions or internal stock transfers.

  • High-Performance Filtering: Utilize "Open Search" technology to filter through thousands of products by stock range without system lag.

The Stock Column & Hover Breakdown

The Company Products table includes a dedicated Stock column that represents the sum of all inventory units across every location assigned to your company.

  • The Aggregate Total: The primary number displayed is the combined total of items from all shops.

  • The Location Breakdown: Hover your mouse over any stock number to reveal a pop-up menu. This provides a granular breakdown of exactly how many units are available at each specific location.

Stock Level Filtering (Min/Max)

The Stock Filter allows managers to isolate specific inventory ranges to identify "at-risk" products or overstocked items.

  1. Navigate to the Company Products section.

  2. Locate the Stock Filter tool.

  3. Enter a Minimum and/or Maximum value:

    • Range Filtering: Set both (e.g., Min: 1, Max: 10) to see products within that specific window.

    • Greater Than: Set only a Minimum to find products with at least "X" amount of stock.

    • Less Than: Set only a Maximum to identify products that are running low or out of stock.

NOTE: If the Minimum value entered is higher than the Maximum, the system will display an error: "Minimum must be a lower value than maximum".

Feature Description
Real-Time Updates The system listens for "Inventory Events" (sales, returns, or shipments) and updates the aggregate total immediately.
Initial Load Existing inventory levels were captured and synced during the feature rollout to ensure historical accuracy.
Search Performance Powered by "Open Search" to ensure that filtering by stock remains near-instant, even for large inventories.
