This article will explain how Dispatch Pro Region Delivery Fees and Cart Minimums work with ECOM.
Please Note: For Region specific Delivery Fees and Cart Minimums, your BLAZE Retail POS account must be enabled with Dispatch Pro. Please contact our Retail Support (support@blaze.me) for more details!

- Once the Regions have been configured in the Retail POS Global Settings, and associated with corresponding Inventories, ECOM Mission Control will sync those settings to the ECOM menu(s). The Region Fees and Minimums will be visible and checked for in the ECOM checkout.
- Enable Specific Inventory will need to be set to By Nearby Region or By Nearby Region + Default Region.
- The Delivery Fee will be displayed based on the corresponding Region and Zip Code in the ECOM Checkout.
- The Cart Minimum will be checked for and customer will be prompted if their cart has not met the minimum for the Region Zip Code.
- Once the order is placed into the BLAZE Retail POS Dispatch, the Delivery Fee will be visible on the order details.
- You will also need to Configure Area Restrictions in the Retail POS Global Settings -> Online Store, with all of the zip codes included in the Region. This will prevent customers from ordering outside of your total delivery area.
