Create targeted promotions that apply to your specific sales channels.

Step 1: Create Your Promotion
Build a standard V2 promotion on the Promotions page. This can be a cart, product or delivery fee promotion. Save it and proceed to the settings in step 2.
Step 2: Sales Channel Configuration
As you are editing the details of your promotion, you will see an option to "Restrict to Sales Channel".
If you leave this field blank, the promotion will be active for all sales channel. On the other hand, you can restrict a promotion to any combination of the following channels:
- Retail: Only available for orders created in-store on the POS
- Ecommerce: Only available for orders created on your Blaze Ecom website
- Mobile App: Only available for orders created on your Blaze mobile app
- Scan to Shop: Only available for orders created via Scan to Shop (available on website or mobile app)
- Kiosk: Only available for orders created on your Blaze Ecom kiosk
Be sure to mark "Available to Online Store" as Yes if you want to apply the promotion to any of the 4 ecommerce channel options.
Step 3: Promotions In Action
Your promotions can be set up as a promotional code or automatic discount in your promotion settings. This will determine the action a customer needs to take to see the promotion apply to their cart when using the selected sales channel(s).
As shown below, the promotion will appear in the cart details at checkout and POS cart details once the order is submitted. This ensures your customers and staff have easy visibility.
